So, what happens if Hillary Clinton doesn’t run in 2016?
It is hard to imagine the presidential field without a woman contender, and here’s one to keep your eye on: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. Napolitano is quietly making it known that she is considering the race, and there is reason to take her seriously.

If Hillary is unable to run (and only severe health problems or a non-respiratory condition is likely to cause that), the Democrats have severl potential female candidates who would be more plausible than Napolitano--Fauxcahontas, for one, or even Kathleeen Sebelius. I wouldn't put it past Obama to try to have Michelle run but I don't know if the Democratic Party would accept that. It may have worked with Lurleen Wallace and Alabama but trying to figure out a path for Michelle Antoinette to get to 270 electoral votes seems like a fool's errand.
Chelsea is eligible as of Feb. 27, 2015.

I don’t think it is any coincidence that Napolitano so closely resembles Fairy Harcastle,
the evil dike character that is in charge of the private police force at N.I.C.E. (National Institute for Co-ordinated Experiments)
in CS Lewis’ book, That Hideous Strength.
She also came across as hard, a dike, evil, controlling, etc.
