He’s a bomb-thrower, nothing more. Journalism today is like professional wrestling of the 70’s. They say outrageous things to get people to tune in.
In the journalism world, Piers Morgan is Rowdy Roddy Piper.

Piers Morgan is purposefully stoking the flames of our outrage in order to advance his own CNN ratings, nothing more. He is willing to make himself deeply unpopular in order to be more notorious. This man has no beliefs in anything but his own popularity, and if he can’t have that, he’ll at least settle for rich and infamous. Turn him off. Don’t give him any more attention.

you got it! But at the same time some solid pro-Second Amendment messages are getting out to the sheeple. So great if Piers Morgan continues this way to hype his ratings

One thing about Ted Nugent....he is very quick verbally and knows his subject matter which is a lethal combination. I like Ted taking on this posh Englishman, this effin idiotNuge did a great job with Piers "-how dare you?" Morgan. He stayed on point and did not let Piers distract him. It's important for conservatives to keep to the point they're trying to make, and not let the host steer them elsewhere. Nuge did that with Morgan better than anyone I've seen. How many times have we seen a conservative just about to drop the hammer on the libtard host when the host changes the subject and the point is lost? Great job, Nuge.

Nugent also kept on point that the left is totally anti-gun.
They do NOT want to allow you to keep your “hunting and sporting weapons”, even though they are doing their best to portray themselves that way (skeetgate).

HA, HA, HA!
Piers is a loon - maybe he ENJOYS public ass kickings.
Twisted freak however you look at him.

I’m not even sure he has a green card.
My Canadian GF has a green card and took her 8 years just to be on the waiting list. This ass clown just showed up for the past 2 years, ergo, he has an entertainment visa and working in Hollywood, I deal with these foreign pricks everyday.

MORGAN: A, I won't leave you alone because this is a debate that has to be had in America. No we don't, not least because liberals don't debate fair. When sentiment swings the liberals' way for a bit and they get what they want, it instantly becomes "settled law". When common sense prevails and conservatives beat back the idiocy, it doesn't similarly become forevermore taboo to broach the subject, it's just a national conversation that hasn't been finished. So long as conservatives let liberals write the rules to the game, they shouldn't be surprised when they keep losing it.

Ted Nugent handled Mr. Morgan quite adequately, I think. Morgan's position is intractably wrong, and it's obvious that he cannot be persuaded to another viewpoint, but Nugent did the best he could under the circumstances.
The venue from which last night's show originated is less than a mile from Milton Miteybad's abode, and Milton has been known to send a few rounds downrange at that facility from time to time. When you enter the front door of Tactical Firearms, you are greeted by a Browning M2 on a tripod, plus another .50 caliber of some type (make and vintage unknown to Milton.) Both are available for rental, if you have the money ($125.00/hour + $4.00/round, as I recall.)
The only reason I watched the show last night was to see if Mr. Morgan crapped his pants upon entering the building and confronting this heavy artillery. To Morgan's credit, he not only apparently managed to avoid soiling his drawers, but he ran a belt of rounds through the M2 just for the experience. He was flabbergasted that anyone would want such a thing, as though he were utterly unfamiliar with the concept of firearms as a store of value.
I'm not interested in watching Mr. Morgan's program again, because judging from the presentation last night, he is completely out of intellectual ammunition (heh, heh...) on this issue once he asks the vapid question, "What would you say to the parents of the poor children slaughtered in Newtown?" Very little else he had to say on this issue was of any real value.
But I will give him credit from not soiling his britches. ;-)
