Speaking from personal experience and observation (which are the only things I can speak from)...my high school was literally like every Cheech and Chong movie ever made. Lots of regular pot smokers in there. And I have to say, from what I've observed, marijuana DID prove to be the Gateway Drug to harder stuff for nearly every one of them. At least the ones who are still alive.

years ago I had a friend who was a total pot head.If it was a workday and he had no pot he would not go to work.He also did not care about voting.Think about it.
