On Fox News Channel’s Monday broadcast of “Hannity,” conservative commentator Ann Coulter blasted President Barack Obama for vilifying gun-rights advocates in the aftermath of the deadly shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, saying the real focus should be on mental health.
“I really would like to concentrate on the lies on their side that are being repeated on the op-ed page of The New York Times, in the editorials of The New York Times,” she said. “. … We need the ACLU and the liberals who won’t do anything about the mentally ill to be serious about stopping these shootings. Coulter, author of “Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama,” listed a variety of shooting tragedies she said were caused by mental illness, before dismissing some supposed solutions to the problem of gun violence.

Yes, and what about all the kids who have been beaten to death, raped, slaughtered, run over with cars driven by illegal aliens, drunk, with no license, registration or insurance? Oh yes, I forgot. They are being rewarded for breaking the law.

I doubt she’s recovered from much of anything. She’s always been anti-Obama; that hasn’t changed. But stick a Romney or a JellyRoll Christie up there for nomination and she’ll start to hyperventilate.
I just don’t get it. I will never will. And like I stated, it breaks my heart. Ann says what needs to be said and then backs every RINO she can get find.
A sad state of affairs, indeed. Of course, I’ll still read her books. She’s still one of the most gifted Conservative writers of all time. I just wish she’d wake up and smell the roses.

Oh, I know. I still own quite a few of her books, and her writing used to make me literally LOL. But there’s something haywire in her brain that makes her go nuts for liberal Republicans.
Silly fool. Government is not about solving problems. It is all about creating problems. So when the government comes in to protect the children, the last thing on Earth anyone should expect is the actual protection of the children.
