The left have one goal and that is to co-opt conservative organizations and drive traditional values out of the public square. The Boy Scouts should stop taking “welfare”...anytime you get money without working for it, you might as well call it welfare. I admire the tactical strength of the Sodomite lobby and their recognition of the total lack of strength of Euroamerican owned corporations.

Of course the Scouts, ever in need of money, will sell their principles and give in to the Sodomite desire for unfettered access to young boys.

Next of the Sodomite agenda is lowering of the age of consent to the old Common Law age of twelve. I look to California to lead this age lowering movement.

This is all backwards. The Boy Scouts should have taken a stand on principle and refused to accept money from institutions who were being taken over by sodomites and others whose own princuples of operation were not in concert with those of the Boy Scout Oath and Promise.

What does God say about being morally straight and reverent?

"Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore or the price of a dog into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow, for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God" (Deut. 23:18)

The BSA should have refused dependence on the support of companies subscribing to such compromise -- including extending troop status for religious organizations that do likewise. And such denominations are now plural. Do they not influence young men to have the wrong idea what moral decency really is? From the pulpit and the Sunday school class? Eh?

I just heard BSA has delayed any decision. During that pendency, supporters of BSA who want to maintain the exclusion of gays (especially leaders) should target ONE former donor that has now withdrawn support. Just one, not a blanket boycott. Those never work.

Unfortunately, the gay groups’ members have fewer demands on their time than Scouts’ parents, to organize protests, to generate letters, calls, etc. So a concentrated effort towards just one company would be the effective way to go about it for supporters.

It’s effectively what the Obama EPA administrator talked about in the crucifying a few men in a conquered village so the others could see what might be in store for them if they don’t go along with the program. Turn around/fair play and all that jazz.

It's time to put BSA under suicide watch. They're clearly playing Russian Roulette without emptying any chambers on the revolver.

If you want to see what's going to happen to BSA should they reject the Scout Oath and the Scout Law, just look at what happened to the Episcopal Church of the US after they embraced “alternate lifestyles.”

In 1970 the Episcopal Church had nearly 900,000 children enrolled in their Sunday School offerings, nationwide. By 2003, after they'd become “gay-friendly,” the numbers of children enrolled in those same programs had fallen to less than 300,000.

Was “all” that loss due to the alternate lifestyle issue? Certainly not. But when you look at the roles of similar programs in other Bible-based Churches your see a vastly different trend.
