WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House is declining to explain its criteria for directing drone attacks against American citizens working abroad with terrorists.
A newly disclosed Justice Department memo says the administration doesn't need evidence of a pending attack. The document says only that the target must be involved in ongoing plotting against the United States.
White House spokesman Jay Carney wouldn't discuss the memo in detail. He said President Barack Obama takes seriously his responsibility to protect the United States and its citizens. Carney said drone strikes are legal and that great care is taken to avoid the loss of innocent lives.

The Emperor does not have to explain his decisions to you common folk.
The King need not explain himself to his subjects. The irony, however, is that the sheeple elected this King. Most people are terrified of freedom, and they tend to vote for DemoQuacks.
We have nothing to fear but fear itself.. and HeLLFIres..
Things change, things uhhh..

...but cautions "Don't look up."
The USA had a preemptive strike policy while under Roosevelt prior to WWII when he gave orders to shoot on sight German subs that appeared to threaten US vessels. This was prior to Dec 7th and of course before the Germans entered the war against us. Not a new policy idea at all. No precedent here.
It is real clear to me.............they can kill whomever they chose to.

Jay Carney states that drone striles are legal——because Obama says so.
Laws mean nothing to Obama and his crew, they make them up as they go along, and Congress sits on their hands.
Let’s have the head of CAIR ask for a full briefing on the policy at the next weekly anti-terrorist information exchange with the FBI und Faterlandt Security.
Where are the usual subjects: amnesty intl, aclu, and so forth????? Shouldn’t they have a problem with this? Maybe they are shutting-up because they don’t want to be next? Is there a drone in YOUR future????? Oh...great nobama...please don’t kill me.

Hey, shaduppa you. I donta think la Roosevelt wasa targeting American citizens.
Somebody tell Piers Morgan that we may need military style weapons to shoot down the drones that our tyrannical government is sending to kill us. And five bullets to a magazine just won’t cut it!
