Don’t you think equating selling a plant to selling enslaved human beings is a bit of a stretch?

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one to remember that.

Laws are for other people?

The FDA is largely unconstitutional. They have no authority within the several states. Like I said earlier, intoxicating liquors are also not subject to the FDA. Do you believe the entire liquor industry is skirting the law?

Medical marijuana being a product that isn’t approved by the FDA but can be sold to the public,so much for laws.

So why are you peeing on the Tenth Amendment?

Can be sold to the public,so can humans in some places.

You didn't answer the question. Were you hoping nobody would notice?

I’m not breaking the law, just asking a question. Don’t you think equating selling a plant to selling enslaved human beings is a bit of a stretch?

No, in fact I don't "get it", and I doubt whether anyone else gets what you're trying to say, either. I think we have a language barrier...English is mine, what's yours?

No selling

The FDA rule is not "no selling," it's "no introducing or delivering for introduction into interstate commerce" (21 USC § 355(a)).
