Nelson is a scumbag!
The GRS team that was present at the CIA annex provided security for the CIA station, as they do around the world. They are highly trained in countersurveillance, close target reconnaissance and in depth reconnaissance. Enemy fighters have learned in Afghanistan and Iraq to use their cell phones to follow or intercept these “passive” lasers without having night vision or NODS.
The Annex team also had Ground Laser Designators, or GLD. This kind of laser equipment emits code and signal when there is overhead air support, unmanned aerial surveillance, drones or Spectre gunships, for instance.
A source present the night of the attack says that the GRS team that was defending the annex asked where the air support was at midnight. Former SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed 5 hours and 15 minutes later.
No kidding.

They have no regard for the American public or the patriots who gave their lives so that they could sit on their duffs and try to pass off this crap to us.

Nothing in Nelson’s questioning on when the 37 Americans were rescued or where they were rescued. made it sound like a brief firefight at the consulate, then nothing for hours, then any attack at the annex.
Did not sound like that from what I have read.
Now we get a second round of questions from those Senators who want the time. Gramnnasty is one. He asked some good question in the first round!

folks, this is all bullsh@t. Stevie Wonder could have foreseen a problem and prepared accordingly. These jokers are going to skate, unless someone nails them with a moment by moment admission of what happened and who decided what to do or what not to do.

Except, the CIA wasn’t *at* that safe house (ha!) in Benghazi...instead, the State Department was bypassing the CIA by having one of its Ambassadors, Stevens, do whatever 0bama wanted done in Benghazi.
Stevens wasn’t CIA. Stevens was State Department.
The *scandal* of death at Benghazi is that the State Department was running a covert op at Benghazi instead of using the CIA.
