One ass spoils things for everybody. Pretty soon Disney will decree for its employees: no hugs!
Give you an example. My employer had an informal, quiet work-at-home policy. You could work at home, a couple of days a week arranged with your direct supervisor, no formal policy existed. There are issues for employers with full time employees working at home, issues which at my company remain unresolved. Like workplace safety, liability, insurance, and so on. I’ve no idea how companies resolve them in legal sense.
Anyway, at one of companywide meetings with the CEO, Europe and Asia connected by phone, some fool from overseas put the CEO on the spot asking him about working full time at home. The CEO blew his fuse at the question, and that very afternoon proclaimed a new policy - no working from home at all, no exceptions!

They should all be handed a “butt hurt report” to fill out.

Self-Segregation Equals Survival!
It has gotten far worse since 2008. More than ever, we're living in two different worlds. But their world is now the norm.
This is Disney. I highly doubt it would be possible for a character actor who wouldn’t touch black people to ever get past their initial screening. And it will be trivial for Disney to provide a stack of pictures of the same character hugging other black kids.
And if they don’t have any other pictures, which would suggest it is true, then shame on them. But I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have had hundreds of complaints, if it was true.
So, without knowing, I’d speculate the kids did something.
The main friend was a pastor and his wife..We were friends for many years I even took care of one of their daughters who i love like my own..Now we do not communicate at all..We use to email every day since I moved to another city now nothing..This is due to me sending material on Obama..My friend said to me that whites are just racist that they did not want a black president..No matter how much true stuff I send he would not believe me or did not care if it was true or not..He said that God made him president so we just needed to deal with it..
