The Family Research Council shooter, who pleaded guilty today to a terrorism charge, picked his target off a "hate map" on the website of the ultra-liberal Southern Poverty Law Center which is upset with the conservative group's opposition to gay rights.
Floyd Lee Corkins II pleaded guilty to three charges including a charge of committing an act of terrorism related to the August 15, 2012 injuring of FRC's guard. He told the FBI that he wanted to kill anti-gay targets and went to the law center's website for ideas.
At a court hearing where his comments to the FBI were revealed, he said that he intended to "kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches in victims' faces, and kill the guard." The shooting occurred after an executive with Chick-Fil-A announced his support for traditional marriage, angering same-sex marriage proponents.
Family Research Council President Tony Perkins said that the Southern Poverty Law Center should take responsibility for the shooting and take down their hate map.
"The day after Floyd Corkins came into the FRC headquarter and opened fire wounding one of our team members, I stated that while Corkins was responsible for the shooting, he had been given a license to perpetrate this act of violence by groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center which has systematically and recklessly labeled every organization with which they disagree as a 'hate group,'" he said....

Doesn’t that make the SPLC a ‘hate group’ by their very own definition?
In other words, psychologically unstable and potentially violent people read the website of the ultra-liberal Southern Poverty Law Center.
SPLC also purloined FBI and San Francisco PD files —spying on Americans.
My reading of this is that the SPLC inspired an act of TERROR.

Prosecutors should indict the Southern Poverty Law Center for being an accomplice to attempted murder.
At the very least, the FRC should sue the bleep out of this hate group.
How predictable. The MSM won’t be discussing this, of course. Send it to Drudge and get it out there anyway.
Make sure to tweet, facebook, and email them that their “hate group” classification is the only reason that this guy went nuts and did this.
It makes them flip out in anger.
According to the Eric Holder's InJustice Department they qualify for a full fledged membership in Domestic Terrorists groups. Send in the drones.

No, the splc should not take responsibility, they should have responsibility shoved up their collective rectum and turned sideways.
While that option is still available, that's what lawsuits are for.
There is nothing "liberal" in any correct use of the term about the collection of pseudo-intellectual thugs in the SPLC. They are, indeed, one of the foremost American hate groups, out there. They absolutely despise everything connected with the American tradition--or for that matter, connected with any Western spiritual values.

Southern Poverty Law Center; founded and run by commies. The whole lot need to be sent off to Gitmo, if not have a drone attack on HQ.
These law pimps are deeply couched in racism, homosexualism, and are largely operated by lawyers seeking out the nearest pocket to pick. They use minority Klan tactics we see prevalent in organizations like La Raza, NAACP, and the gang of perverts and child molestors some call the GLBT alliance.
This is an excellent chance to sue the SPLC out of existence.
