1) Only the POTUS can authorize a CBA (cross border authority) command for a rescue mission in a foreign nation.

Plus Fact Two:

2) No rescue mission was attempted.

3) 0bama turned his back on 41 State Dept. and CIA employees refusing to issue a CBA command and went to bed so he could go to Las Vegas the next day.

Addled Diane Sawyer and that freakish guy with a funny head, who probably never had an independent thought in his life, talked about some obscure author, or cook, or what ever the hell the person was, for about ten minutes.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified that they spoke to President Barack Obama only once on the evening of the Sept. 11, 2012, when U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya were under attack by terrorists.

Panetta and Dempsey had a pre-scheduled meeting with Obama at 5:00 p.m. Washington, D.C. time on Sept. 11. After that they did not speak to Obama and Obama did not speak to them. Neither Panetta nor Dempsey spoke to anyone in the White House that night after their meeting with Obama.

Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer: My sources tell me Obama was in the room watching Benghazi attack video 10-27-2012

Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said tonight that his sources tell him that Obama was one of the people in the room watching the Benghazi attack go down and both he and Col. David Hunt agree it would have taken an order by the president to intervene. Further, Col. Hunt said that we were only 20 min away by jet and a couple of hours away by AC-130 gunships and special forces, and the decision not to intervene had to be political.

The picture was taken at exactly 7:28:16pm DC time. It was dusk outside, and President Obama had just completed a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Why is this important? Because we know the conversation lasted an hour.

By the way, my wife turned on the ABC News tonight hoping to get more info about the snowstorm. I happened to be half napping in my Laz-E-Boy at the time. This was the first network newscast I’ve endured in over a decade. Words cannot express how appalled I was at what passes for a “newscast” today. The over-animated Diane Sawyer is a disgusting pig, and the smiling blow-dries she went to for “reports” from the field were simpletons.

One guy, reporting on the rogue cop in California, looked into the camera, held up a 50 cal round and said, “This is five inches, over five inches long. Can you imagine the damage it could do?” Another handsome blow-dry sat at Sawyer’s anchor desk and together they talked about how “wonderful” it is that little Timmy (whatever), a boy hostage who was rescued from a bunker, can be hugged by his mother and tucked in his bed again. I wanted to throw up all over the family room floor.

OF COURSE Sawyer and ABC had no time for Ubama’s Benghazi scandal.

They can ignore it all they want, but it doesn’t change the FACT that he did ignore it and no one knows where the hell he was. The media don’t have to cover it, but it’s out there and if he’s charged for dereliction of duty it doesn’t matter if they report or not. They aren’t the ones deciding whether to impeach or not. The low info voters don’t need to know=who cares what they think. They are total idiots.
