A Notice to Airmen has been issued for the area around Bear Lake, where Dorner was last spotted, and the whole resort town is in lockdown, what with a man on the loose armed with what Piers Morgan described as “incredibly powerful” weapons.

Rule of thumb for using small arms on aircraft:

Thumb up arm extended, if your thumb blocks your view of the aircraft, save your ammo. If you can see some target outside of your thumb, go for it.

Ah, here we go, Piers going to blame guns... guns guns guns...

The incredible weapon is language manipulation this little fag daddy’s boy snitch snake is using to his own advantage and to whatever and whomever he is prostituted to.

Piers is no better than that cop.

Piers assumes a defense of not using politics at www.soopermexican.com while going on the offense here.

Wasn't there a report that he had a "MANPAD"?

Not sure if that counts as small arms or if your aiming rule would apply.
