Can the President possibly believe that the Grand Bargain he proposed less than two years ago is somehow a raw deal? He is acting as if that's the case.
Progressives are once again claiming the problem in deficit negotiations is intransigent Republicans. But looking back at the outlines of the deal the President himself proposed, it's Democrats who are not negotiating in good faith. This is true in at least two important ways.
First, the President is not abiding by the balanced approach of spending cuts to taxes he identified. In April 2011 the President published his Framework for Shared Prosperity and Shared Fiscal Responsibility, also known as the April Framework. The document defines what the President meant by a balanced approach as follows:
Balance Between Spending Cuts and Tax Reform: The Presidents framework would seek a balanced approach to bringing down our deficit, with three dollars of spending cuts and interest savings for every one dollar from tax reform that contributes to deficit reduction. This is consistent with the bipartisan Fiscal Commissions approach. [Emphasis in original]

The first Undocumented Moslem/Marxist
practices taqiyya. Nothing new there.
It will be ignored by the groveling MSM.
Nothing new there, either.
see this is why we can’t go along with our side compromising with obama. they are stupid enough to believe him.
“It will be ignored by the groveling MSM.

And, the mean ole Republicans will be blamed.
I hate to see the President begging for bread. Just give him everything he wants so we can all get back to work. Let him cover himself in gold and rubies and diamonds. The deficit will catch up to these folks who think they can legislate immorality. In short order the fastest computer on earth will not be able to keep up with the amount of money needed to pay the interest on the debt.
They will have to cluster them all together and even then it won’t be able to keep up.
Could we get someone in office who has a little humility and a lot of common sense?
How about someone who can inspire us to tighten our belts, stop the whining, stay married and get back to work?

Of course they (dems)balk, cough, hesitate then say it’s the repub’s not playing fair! 0 uses the same playbook that the n a z i ‘s used. tell the people what they want to hear to get elected, then do what you planned internally after. Look how germany was supposed to not build tanks, arms, etc after WWI but did so anyway in secret and was ready to start invading surrounding countries after hitler came to power. Then after disarming the population, did.
