In the past several days, we’ve learned about how you too can gain a degree of public sympathy if you plan to embark on a killing spree and then go into hiding as you bide your time waiting to kill again: Write a “manifesto” dominated by anti-police rants, a “progressive” outlook towards Second Amendment freedoms and support for leftist politicians.
That’s what former Los Angeles Police Department officer Christopher Dorner, who is accused of killing Monica Quan, Keith Lawrence, and an as yet unnamed LAPD officer while wounding two others, has done. His sympathy-by-manifesto strategy has been alarmingly successful.
Dorner’s 11,000-word tome, addressed to “America,” was reportedly delivered to CNN’s Anderson Cooper on February 1. Much of its second half of directs praise and scorn at a variety of politicians, celebrities and athletes while also, of all things, politicking for gun control and praising two of its proponents (spelling and grammar errors were not fixed in this and the following manifesto excerpt):
The time is now to reinstitute a ban (on assault weapons) that will save lives. Why does any sportsman need a 30 round magazine for hunting? Why does anyone need a suppressor? Why does anyone need a AR15 rifle?
… Mia Farrow said it best. “Gun control is no longer debatable, it’s not a conversation, its a moral mandate.”

Why if he had not brokren the law to get the suppressors he would have never had the suppressors (That he never used in the commission of a crime)

Dorner is a nut job, and anyone that empathizes with him is a nut job.

The press praised the Unabomber’s manifesto, and declared how rational and nice it was.
The liberals I know are not focusing on Dorner being a liberal. One said that it should not matter. I told her she sounded like Hillary Clinton.
Dorner’s mother lives just down the street from us. First the police helicopters did a grid search of the area, then the news helicopters hovered constantly. Finally, the activity is near zero now.
We’re joking that we now live in the safest neighborhood in the nation.
What is interesting is that Dorner’s created a new fact: now we have reason to be armed against the police.
Why did Dorner kill Monica Quan?
She never did him any harm.
Dorner is a nut.
Soviets would kill the family of a defector or an enemy.
True, and we need to use it. Don't let this crisis go to waste.
Wasn’t she or the man killed the child of his defense guy? He did say their families were going to pay for it.
If not kill, then harass.

I saw Mia Farrow in “Rosemary’s Baby” the other night. She was pretty hot fifty years or so ago.
For guys like this lefty caveman who think ‘F Troop’ and Hogan’s Heros are PBS documentaries, someone should let Dorner know: Farrow is Satan’s Mom.
If that movie were reality and Farrow was the mother of Satan, I doubt you’d find many Dem/Leftists that would care.

[Why does anyone need a suppressor?]
Many suppressors divert some muzzle gas upward to counteract the upward rise of the barrel. They also soften the muzzle flash which otherwise might temporarily affect the shooter’s vision.
I think a lot of these gun grabbers confuse flash suppressors with sound suppressors which are not so sinister when employed to protect the hearing of bystanders and shooters.
They have already shot at three totally innocent, unarmed citizens.
The idiots shot up two completely different pickup trucks not at all connected with Dorner - not only did the pickups not match the description (make, model, etc.) but were DIFFERENT COLORS!

Why does any sportsman need a 30 round magazine for hunting?
Most don’t use it for hunting and it has nothing to do with hunting unless it was hunting scum like Dorner.
Why does anyone need a suppressor? Don’t want to wake the grand kids when I shoot scum like Dorner trying to get itn my home.
Why does anyone need a AR15 rifle? See number one plus keeping the government at bay plus they’re cool !
