How Roberts Was Blackmailed To Support ObamaCare

Many of us have questioned what caused Roberts to switch his vote on ObamaCare at the last minute, as reported by CBS, and doing so, so late that the Conservative Justices were forced to rewrite their majority opinion to be minority dissent. These facts may answer that question.

In 2000 Justice Roberts and his wife Jane adopted two children. Initially it was apparent that the adoptions were "from a Latin American country", but over time it has become apparent that the adopted children were not Latin American, but were Irish. Why this matters will become evident.

In 2005 the NY Times began investigating Roberts life as a matter of his nomination to the Supreme Court by George Bush. The Times was shortly accused of trying to unseal the adoption papers and intending to violate the anonymity of the adoption process... however there is more to the story.

Although only a blog, this has an uncomfortable ring of probable truth to it, especially because Roberts' kids definintely are not latino. The other thing is the intellectually sloppy and disreputable way he wrote his opinion.

And if blackmail worked for this case, expect the same pressure to make him side with the libs on every case.

What a mess.

If this is true, that he circumvented Irish law and thereby violated international treaties on international adoption, then he could be impeached and his decisions might even be vacated.

Unfortunately, we have a communist president, and the Senate is dominated by communists, so we may end up even worse in the end.

Plenty of blond "latinos" in South America due the Germans that moved there.

Of course, if they are not perceived to be "latino" that makes them fair game for hate.

What could they do to the children?

Foreign adoptions and human trafficking.

Politicians above the law and giving our rights away- as if they were monopoly money, playing a game of gottcha and then going off to their cocktail parties- and vacation homes.

I used to have little respect for people who lived in Tyranny- believing they were lazy and not worth freedom, because they would not organize and stand up- and I was so wrong. I was so blind.

Look at who we have become- in America- the land of free and brave. I can’t get anyone to care at all, about the injustice of what we have lost- as long as their is a Superbowl on TV- or a handful of free food stamps.

Jesus- please come soon.

"And if blackmail worked for this case, expect the same pressure to make him side with the libs on every case."

And if there is a shred of truth in this description, conservatives need to finish the investigation and expose Roberts. If he is nothing but a puppet of the left, he needs to be removed. Better an open Obama appointee than a stealth one who can crush hopes for a Constitutional decision over and over.

“What could they do to the children?”

Ireland does not allow private or overseas adoptions. Thus, I believe they can take the children back. Not sure of the ages of his kids.. but this could open an international bag of poop.

You’re right - if Roberts can be blackmailed by this, then it’s time to get it fully in the open and pray that his family is protected.

We can’t have a compromised judge on the Supreme Court.

All Roberts has to do to stop the usurping SOB is to demand that 0bama present proof of citizenship, not to mention Natural Born Citizenship - he could bring down the illegal 0bama Regime and have Hussein sent to GITMO.

I’ve always said the seminal scandal of the Clinton years waasn’t Whitwater or the travel office firings, but rather, the FBI background files. Most Americans have forgotten that 900 plus files—virtually all on Republicans—mae their ways to the White House during the early days of Clinton’s first term. Many contained “dirt” (much of it unverified) on individuals considered enemies by the Clintons and the Democrats. When the scandal was discovered, it was blamed on a “clerical error.”

Rest assured, the material in those files made its way into countless Democratic databases and has been used routinely since 1992. As a former Regan administration official, Roberts almost certainly had a background file, and as someone who was described as “one of the brightest lawyers of his generation” back in the 80s, it was a sure bet the Dims would keep their eyes on him, as a prospective federal appellate judge, or Supreme Court nominee.

Of course, the Roberts adoption occurred long after the files were obtained by the Democrats, but if there were rumors of suspected homosexuality in his past, it provided a starting place for the Democratic blackmail machine.

If we EVER get another Republican president, Roberts should be forced to resign, immediately. In the interim, we can only imagine how many Obama policies he’ll side with over the next four years.

If Chief Justice Roberts knowingly violated the law to adopt his children, then he deserves impeachment. If he had any honor at all, violated the law, and was blackmailed, then he should come forward for the good of the country. There simply no other way to deal with blackmailers, because they will never ever let it go. In other words, Roberts will forever be their servant.

Then you have the possibility that Chief Justice Roberts acted in good faith, that he honestly believed what he wrote. The government does have the power to tax income. The fact that the income tax wasn’t used for this purpose in the past, doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be used that way now. Blame the fools that wrote the 16th Amendment (unless they actually intended it to fund a totalitarian government).

16th Amendment: “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

You could drive a semi through that overly broad amendment! Congress could literally (and constitutionally) confiscate 100% of income and spend it on any of the enumerated powers. Since enumerated powers nowadays mean anything they want to do, there’s no limit of government malfeasance possible.

The same people indignantly arguing against for profit adoptions just love the vastly more lucrative abortion racket.

For all we know, half the court is being blackmailed. Maybe half of Washington.

Look at Petraeus. He was probably being blackmailed into covering for Obama’s role in the Benghazi situation. Petraeus did what anybody being blackmailed should do - he broke the news before the bad guys did.
