Its the gay scout medal....its not official, but something gay supporters can buy and put on their uniform. The wearer is almost daring anyone else to challenge him....and look, ummm, not politically correct. And, every day the patch is worn without comment, it is a small tacit approval.
A local church openly embraces gays....I don’t know if they have a troop; but, if they do, I’m sure these patches would be on parade.
