Fireproof DL’s all the rage in Cali!

Not only that but it was mighty convenient for someone to hear a single gunshot before the fire.

That was my thought as well (and still is).

I have an old CA DL, from 1999, and unless they’ve changed them pretty radically over the intervening decade and a half, I really don’t think it would survive a major fire.

If so, I want to know what kind of material they’re making CA DL’s from! That’s impressive stuff!

Well, they say they found the body in the basement, so that area may have been somewhat protected from the brunt of the fire.
