As much as I like Senator Rubio, he is not in fact qualified to be president. Although he was born in this country, neither of his parents were citizens at that time of his birth. Rubio is not Natural Born as required by the Constitution.

Fortunately, Rubio isn't obligated to abide by birthers' bogus made-up definition of natural born citizen. Nobody else is buying this nonsense. Why should Marco Rubio?
