Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.
Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by Missouri Democrats:
Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.
Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:
4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:
(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;
(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or
(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.
5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.
Concur. Give this as much publicity and documentation as possible.
I’m sure that Senator Todd Akin and his supporters will see to it that the Democrat Governor of Missouri never signs this into law.

It's always amazed me the libs are so stupid as to use those phrases or that anyone believes them. Everyone knows they are lying when they say that.
In a discussion with libs about gun grabbing you can say: Well there are 300 million plus guns in the U.S.. After all your legislation of guns there are still going to be 300 million guns.
Lib: Of course not.
Then what are they going to do? Evaporate?

And the guy who is pushing for some “positive action” is an FBI provocateur...
every dem who wrote this ought to be impeachd, be removed from office for failing to uphold the constitution, treating law-abiding people as if they are the problem, have some recall election to gt them out of office. idiocy and calling good people who just want to protect themselves, a societal menace and felons, must have real consequences, and that is they are too stupid to be allowed to remain in office.
