What is treason?.
The Free Dictionary gives us this definition 1. (Government, Politics & Diplomacy) violation or betrayal of the allegiance that a person owes his sovereign or his country, esp by attempting to overthrow the government; high treason
also
1. Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.
2. A betrayal of trust or confidence.
and from the constitution...
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
To me clearly there are those today within, that are attempting to overthrow the government, and those that have done "serious injury" to the states collectively. So I have two questions for freepers.
1. Do you think the founding fathers intended "levying War" only to mean clear military conduct, like guys firing machine guns and blowing up bombs. Or do you think THEY meant "leying War" in a broader sense, such as a Britains attempts to devalue colonial currency, and more.
2. What specific modern actions by anyone of today, especially communists in disguise as liberals, do you think rises to THE FOUNDING FATHER's constitutional definition of treason. I prefer we limit it to THEIR definition. If we take a more liberal definition the list of treason today is seemingly endless.

Attempted bribery of Rep. Joe Sestak with job offers to get him to drop out of the Senate primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.
Implementing a third oil-drilling moratorium after the first two were thrown out of court, creating a de facto Gulf Coast offshore drilling ban in opposition to two judge’s rulings.
Bullying BP to set up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the oil spill, to be administered by an Obama political appointee without any judicial or congressional oversight.

this is no different than what we did to help build up German industry and power in the 1930’s
we (barely) won that war.
whether we can win the next one... especially when our western governments are importing millions of their people into our very midsts....
whether we can defend against, survive the next (islamo-)fascist onslaught....

Spending far beyond the nations ability to repay = High Treason.
Exactly, but we have all known for quite some time that he is a muslim communist traitor. The thing that amazes me is the POS congress that is allowing him to do this!
Even though the ruling elite will attempt to label as such, I do not believe those following the instructions of Thomas Jefferson and attempting to restore the government to the confines, restrictions, limits imposed by the Constitution would constitute treason.
HOWEVER, a president who openly declares the Constitution “a flawed document” and has on numerous occasions broken the confines of separation of powers would certainly fall into the Treason category.
What is highly disturbing is that, even though he has rendered congress irrelevant, nobody is attempting to bring him up on charges of treason. These acts are in complete violation of the Constitution which this rag head sand monkey swore an oath to protect yet nothing is done to him.
Want any further proof that the GOP is in on this rigged game? If they were truly the opposition party, the rag head would be facing impeachment and treason charges today but no, not a peep out of the spineless feminized GOP
Why have any laws at all or a constitution for that matter when a rag head sand monkey is allowed to act like a dictator.
