While the politicians play games and pass laws in the back room, the focus of gun owners should not be on trying to persuade a group of corrupt and bought politicians on both sides of the proverbial aisle, but rather to stop them decisively.

Judging by the ongoing arms and ammo frenzy, I’d say millions of Americans are preparing to resist tyranny with extreme prejudice. I suppose they could just be spending a lot of extra time at the range...maybe.

REMEMBER FOLKS:

The UN Small Arms Treaty is STILL OUT THERE.

It is being REOPENED IN MARCH!

Kerry is in charge of it now.

It bypasses the constitution until rejected.

Reid controls the vote one that.

BEWARE

If any state passes such an amendment then the Federal Government will respond by withholding funding on anything and everything, thus causing unions and other special interests to rise against the State’s elected ones.
The best way to handle any unconstitutional law may well be ignore it. Sheriffs are planning to do just that.

Except for the onerous restrictions on gun owners and carriers, the Second Amendment should already accomplish all that we need.

If the Founders wished the government to be able to disarm people until the government is able to prove that such a person is not a felon, I think it could have been included in the Second Amendment. It's not there.

Is there any indication that there were not felons during the time of the Revolution?

I'm also very certain that our Founders would object to any legislation whatever that is dependent upon and requires the existence of a serial number on a firearm.

As the Supreme Court has already said, the Second Amendment simply takes some issues off the table.

I just purchased a firearm today. I had to pay $85 more for the firearm to pay for the infringements. In addition, despite the fact that I already own firearms, I am required to wait ten days in order to take delivery. This nonsense needs to stop SOON. As pleased as I am regarding the Heller and McDonald decisions, I'm getting very tired of waiting for my rights to be recognized here in the People's Republik of Kalifornia.
