Breaking: MN Democrats Introduce Law to Confiscate Guns… Using Same Language as MO Democrats

THIS IS AN ORGANIZED NATIONAL EFFORT FOLKS…… This is not a coincidence. It is a concerted effort.

Missouri Democrats are pushing a bill to confiscate guns giving gun owners 90 days to turn in their weapons. Minnesota Democrats are pushing the same bill.

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals this week. Gun owners will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed. Dana Loesch has more details.

Here is the language:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

They will all be challenged in court and the more challenges, the more chances of a judicial smackdown.

I'm concerned that it won't get that far.

This is a complete non-starter in MO, given the partisan makeup of the state government. It's likely a non-started in MN as well.

So why push not only confiscation, but do it in a way that shows obvious national collusion and is therefore incredibly antagonistic to a situation where tension and emotions are already running high?

The answer is simple: provoke some sort of armed outburst by one or more people in the pro-Second Amendment camp. If not a series of armed outbursts. To be blunt, the Left is now directly fomenting and inciting a situation what WILL result in an eruption. God help us all ...

This will not turn out like they think.

I don't know what the legislative make up of your state is but if they can't get gay marriage, they ain't gonna be able to confiscate guns.

"Other than calling legislators, what do we do?"

Shut down the capitol. Shut down the roads and the phone lines and be prepared to go to jail if this matters to you.

Camp outside the legislator's homes and businesses, show them this won't fly.

Or fold. Or move to Texas.

Call, write, speak. It is what was done in the 1770's. And they only had quill pens.

Get ALL of their names and print them on bumperstickers, yard signs, post-it notes, explaining briefly what they are proposing that will punish the innocent.
Have their email addresses and phone numbers, too.
And make them all famous!
Put stickers on gas pumps, bathroom stalls, utility poles, everywhere.

The leftwingtards are making their move to get at least one state to engage in a widespread gun seizure.

They'll call for federal assistance in case of resistance.

They think Obama will send in the Army to help ~ forgetting, of course, the posse comitatus law.

It looks like it's time to fire up the impeachment papers ~

And maybe on a deck of playing cards like we did with Saddam and his criminal cronies.

Precisely. This is provocation, pure and simple.

The Left is pushing for an incident. They have made out gun-owners to be violent cretins who actually believe that religious stuff and the Constitution as written. Hillbillys and hicks in flyover country, and people they think they can manipulate.

Don't let 'em, and watch them get ever more shrill. Sooner or later it will dawn on the fence-sitters that these people are nuts.

We're smarter than they think.

Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri. Load them all in the provided truck. Park the truck in Washington DC, or Chicago, or LA. Leave

Missouri Democrats are pushing a bill to confiscate guns giving gun owners 90 days to turn in their weapons.

But, but . . . All the top Democrat politicians tell me that gun confiscation is just a fevered right wing conspiracy theory.

Dorner was small game. Wait til they try this and they have to deal with not the law biding citizens...but the gangs. What are they gonna do? Bring in their tanks and burners and set their homes on fire with them in it and then deny they did it?

Oh...wait...never mind.

““Do you really think we want those laws observed?” Said Dr. Ferris. We want them broken. You better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against - then you’ll know this is not the age for beautiful gestures. We’re after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick and you’d better get wise to it. There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now, that’s the system Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”

If you look at the statement it says you have to turn in your legally owned guns. Guess what? Mine are immediately all illegal.
