Russia's controversial Liberal leader, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has blamed Americans for today's meteorite scare, local media report.
"Those were not meteorites, it was Americans testing their new weapons," Mr. Zhirinovsky confessed to journalists. "[US Secretary of State] John Kerry wanted to warn [Russia's Foreign Minister] Lavrov on Monday, he was looking for Lavrov, and Lavrov was on a trip. He meant to warn Lavrov about a provocation against Russia," he said.

Damn! They’re on to our anti-gravity meteor disbursal units. If they discover our new series of flux capacitors we’ll really lose our edge.
Lots of sci-fi books have used the idea of high speed objects from space as weapons. I doubt we would do it because throwing giant rocks at our enemies, regardless of how effective it might be, wouldn’t cost enough for our military to consider it or Congress to approve it.
It would have been awesome, however, if on September 12, 2001 giant boulders flying at 60,000 MPH had destroyed the 50 largest hut groupings in Afghanistan followed by President Bush going to the U.N. and asking “Who’s up for round 2?”
Meanwhile, it would appear that CNN finally got their marching orders from the White House. They just interviewed a dem congressman who is a rocket scientist and ‘nuclear arms expert’. They seem to be clumsily trying to tie this into a need to unilaterally disarm our nuclear weapons....cause ya know..with meteors falling from sky, this could spark nuclear war by accident.
I predict by the end of day..this will be the big push from the American Pravda media. You heard it here first....lol
