I’m with you - it may piss some folks off when Capitalism does its thing, but they can’t have it both ways - they’re either for it or not for it and should stick by their principles whether or not it offends their sensibilities.
Thanks. I used to receive other catalogs (US Cavalry, Brigade Quartermaster), but their prices were beyond what I was willing to pay and their merchandise was not exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t think they were somehow wrong to charge what they did; if they could get it good for them. I just wasn’t in a position to buy what they offered (I buy used/good condition military surplus for camplig/hiking, and I’m on a limited budget); they tended to sell new, more expensive things.
I’m just glad all of these companies are out there for anyone looking to buy their wares; I’m sure the libs would love to shut them down to further wussify American men.
Attempting to buy back into the good graces of the shooting community.
Ain’t gonna work for me. Screw CTD.
I prefer "Lower than Dirt" after seeing their their shenanigans.
What has been your experience ordering ammo from CTD online?
“shipping gouging...”
No kidding. I tried to buy a small half pound object for $35 but they wanted $17 for shipping; about $14 more than shipping that object actually costs. (I know the costs as the family runs commerical shipping businesses.)
