Its DOA in the Democratic-controlled Senate so its a symbolic message.
The only reason 0bama has opened his candy store with ‘free’ signs on every item is because he knows the Republicans will block most of it then the DNC can USE IT AS AMMO AGAINST THEM in the 2014 Congressional races. That is the ONLY reason 0bama’s SOTU speech was a ‘clearing house give away’ speech. 0BAMA IS 100% POLITICS, ALL THE TIME.. EVEN DURING BENGHAZI; SPARING THE LIVES OF AMERICANS TO PROTECT HIS RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN.
Maybe not this time...and Obama would have to bend and sign it??? Instead of the Senate bending???
