The judge noted that Devon Henry, 43, has already been fired for the attack at 14 Division on April 24, 2011, and that Keith Ryan, the man he punched twice, didnt want him sent to jail.

I am prepared to understand the human emotions involved, Harris said. How many of us would resist being drawn into this scenario.
The judge said an immediate investigation of the division should be considered to examine the culture that made such an attack possible."
It's at least good that the cops didn't head out and start shooting up pickup trucks.
i would rather do the 100 hours in jail and get it over with... maybe not--he has 18 months to complete the 100 hours... if i were he, since he is out of a job (unless he has already found another one) i would do two weeks straight of community service to get it over with and put this mess behind me...
i feel for him...
Now the Meter Maids are beating prisoners?
