Where does it say in the Constitution that putting a terrorist in solitary is “cruel and unusual punishment”?

Aww, the poor guy is being denied his Constitutional right to mingle with his fellow murderers and recruit new members for his religion. He’s also being deprived of little children to molest in the name of Allah. What other special considerations do you think he’s entitled to?

I’m thinking the Cruel and Unusual punishment mentioned in the Constitution reverted to how English law executed or imprisoned its law breakers. There were some pretty horrific executions performed and those jailed experienced some bad confinements. There is nothing said in the Constitution that solitary confinement is either cruel or unusual.

I’m sure there are some lonely hogs somewhere that would cuddle up to him if there was slop provided in the bargain...

Maybe prison officials should allow random sex offenders to have conjugal visits - voluntary or otherwise - with this guy.

Someone like that deserves to have their mental helth deteriorated. Sorry, execute him or leave him in solitary. He made his choice when he took his part in attacking our country. His loss.

Here's the link to an article written by Laurie Mylroie back during the winter of 95-96. It's an excellent article about Ramzi Yousef:

Either support the Constitution, or do not. Picking and choosing who gets to enjoy it opens the door for someone else picking and choosing what rights you get to enjoy.

Solitary confinement is cruel and unusual punishment. It’s well documented it causes rapid mental deterioration. It’s torture.

I support the Constitution. The real one. Not the imaginary one that liberals parade out in defense of terrorists.

Not defending terrorists. Defending the Constitution. This guy should have been executed after his trial, as I stated earlier.
