A New York State Senator is begging Hollywood -- both TV & movie producers -- to SUSPEND Alec Baldwin from all projects ... in the wake of allegations he spewed a racist epithet at a NY photog.
State Senator Malcolm Smith tells TMZ ... he was outraged after hearing reports that the former "30 Rock" star lashed out at a black photographer, calling him a "coon" and a "drug dealer."

Blacklisted? That’s waysis!........
Nah.. I hope he STAYS.
How could they find a better poster boy for National Liberal Hypocracy Week?
I like my popcorn with lots of butter and salt.
Naah, he’s a liberal, he will be forgiven ANYTHING.
I mean it’s not like he took a drink of water during a speech or anything.
So much for freedom of speech in the modern world.
Baldwin gives a lot of $ to democrats. He will not be condemned for letting the world see that he is an ignorant loudmouth racist bastard.
If the black guy is conservative whites are permitted to use language that blacks in the Race and Civil Rights industries use to attack conservative blacks. No problem.
Hey, at least he doesn’t use racist code-words.
Actually ,this is the post modern world.
He needs to star in Django 2. He could play a bounty hunter and joke about he gets to hunt black people and hang them and gets PAID for it. What a riot that would be!
Anyone ever hear of someone being reprimanded for saying wmf??
Whatever it is, it stinks.
So “drug dealer” is a racist epithet??
I’day that that says more about those who take offense than it does about Alec Baldwin; although I can think of nothing that I admire about the man.
Baldwin called the photographer a “coon.”
Alec is down with the brothers. He was just proving his street cred. Its OK, he can do it. He marched in Selma. Well, not really, but he would have.
Perhaps the modern equivalent is appearing on Blowprah?
OK, but “drug dealer” was also mentioned. If it was not considered racist, then why was that?
Ain’t that “McCarthyism”?
A liberal..going on a racist rant..well color me shocked...NOT
Everything that came out of Baldwin’s mouth is something that the left uses every single day to describe blacks behind the scenes..the left are the TRUE racists
That is not really necessary. Individuals like me do our own suspending.
In this day of information overload, it is convenient to remove annoyances that add to the overload. Alec Baldwin is one of those annoyances. Therefore, I do not watch or observe anything involving him.
There was not much Baldwin to remove in the first place but nonetheless the overload is lighter now. The only downside is that it also affects the other people he entertains with and his sponsors. The true of the matter is that there is so much more to select from that he, his co-workers, or his sponsors are not missed.
I have not watched Alec Baldwin, Julia Roberts (no loss), or Janeane Garofalo in many years and a long list of others (Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, Matt Damon, Mark Ruffalo, etc etc) A shame, really, because I like some of the movies they were in like Hunt for Red October, and 13 going on 30. Oh, well. THEY injected politics, not me.
