The policies will only "work" if there is universal registration and massive confiscation. Even that is very questionable.

I find it refreshing that people with a FFL (and some maybe without) are setting up shop outside these “events” and buying firearms that should not be destroyed or confiscated by the enemy for their own purposes before the “confiscators” can get to them.
