Many continue to ask why the media and lawmakers have not spoken to or brought forth those who survived the deadly attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi last September. The truth of the matter is the Americans who survived that attack cannot legally reveal to members of the press or most lawmakers that they were even witnesses to the attack in Benghazi.
According to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, immediately following the attack, the FBI, as part of the agencys investigation, interviewed survivors of the Benghazi attack.
Bill Bransford, a Washington, D.C. attorney at Shaw Bransford & Roth P.C. who specializes in federal employment law told Breitbart News on Tuesday, First of all, Im assuming that most of these people who witnessed the attack, except for the State Department folks, would be intelligence people, and they are not covered by the whistle blower protection laws.

US diplomats, Marine rescue team were also attacked at safe house, Libyans say Sept. 12, 2012Miscommunication that understated the number of American survivors awaiting rescue -- there were 37, nearly four times as many as the Libyan commander expected -- also meant survivors and rescuers found themselves short of transport to escape this second battle, delaying an eventual dawn break for the airport.
To those involved, this is my advice:
Speak now, or forever watch your back.
To those involved, this is my advice:
Speak now-——or forever watch your back.
Either way.
Those responsible WANT this to be a point of contention. It is a show of power. To them, we are like a horse with a harsh bit in its mouth.
To them, our impotent efforts to expel the bit empowers them. It just makes true to them what is not true.
That they do not need to explain, to a mere animal, why the bit is there. We are being told it is none of our business.
It is about power.
And we fall for this krap?
I REFUSE to give them that power. People died. Our people. People that could have been saved.
That’s it. That is all the facts we need. To hell with inquiries. To hell with committees and questions.
If our congress does not have the balls to speak up, then we must have the balls to remain silent.
Until we will be silenced no longer.
They should fear our silence. And they do. As long as we bitch, it gives them voice, they can not answer a full and angry silence, for it will lead to their downfall.
I’m pretty sure the government knows how many survivors there are. That leads to the question, “Why won’t they tell us the exact number?”
The answers to that question are all awful.
That time has already arrived.
In clarification of my silence comments, I did not imply a meek silence, but the sort of silence one holds for those no longer worthy of our words.
I do not condone silence and blind obedience among We The People. But the Feds darn sure know we are angry and it's time to disallow them their sounding board.
A panther in a tree is silent, it does not mean he is unaware or incapable of defense if attacked. If he's not hungry and remains unprovoked, chances are you can walk under that tree unmolested.
I have now given away freely a method to an end with which to approach our elected. Tom Paine style along with our Founders' documents. Authors and FReepers, step up to the bar?
Given the number of people on Freerepublic and number of survivors..there must be a connection there somewhere. Most of their families knew they were in Libya or Benghazi. We need to track down the people just like our MSM would do if this were a GOP sponsored disaster.
Great point and the people at this site are excellent with research and finding things either missed or abandoned. May there be some dropped clues, for it has been decided, it does seem that the media will not do their jobs. When the media will not do their jobs, their jobs fall to someone else. Prayers the digging will produce clues (plural), and not misdirections.
Your words are exceptional n-t-i.
I was remiss in not commenting on the role of prayer and faith in the Father during these and all times.
Remember, Our Lord was silent during His public persecution, but He was in prayer. His holy silence spoke far louder than words heard, then dismissed by the ears of men.
We are a Christian nation. Pharaoh stands no chance against a prayerful people, even for the sake of one.
Have to disagree KittenClaws. I have never been exceptional with words. Had a few thoughts once and a politician stole the idea. Well actually I gave those thoughts freely and that particular politician did not steal. I wish that politician had been listened to that brought that one idea forward (dang that word). Perhaps things would be better for all Americans if other politicians had listened to the politician who actually took the time to propose a plan. I received no credit. I want no credit. I simply want what is best for our nation and to see the best of our nation come forward to begin the task which has been placed before each of us. I am a humble citizen. I have never run for office, and would not care to. I have never authored a book. That maybe should be a consideration. I have ideas. Ideas built this land. May all of the people's ideas not be cast aside by our elected. The time is now ... if not now when? Each of us must act to fulfill our Nation of being a people under God and prayerfully ask for His guidance. God will ultimately decide and I will have no voice but if we (at this site unite) we maybe could shake this nation to its core. I believe in each and every one here and each here has the ability to do a good shake (I prefer vanilla, others prefer chocolate). We owe ourselves a chance, I owe to my children and grandchildren and future generations to take a chance. When viewed in that context ... Failure is not an option till God's voice comes from the Burning Bush and says you tried, you failed. Then and only then should we surrender. Humbly submitted and guaranteed failure.
Billowing clouds of oily smoke, and 4 dead Americans. And to THAT, “What DIFFERENCE does it make...?!!!”
A good opener for THIS story from Hillary’s past, when Bill was still Arkansas Governor:
Bill belted Juanita Broadderick in the face in an Arkansas hotel room, and raped her —”Better put some ice on that”.
But she later still showed up at one of Bill’s fundraisers afterwards, and knowing Bill and what had he’d done to her, Hillary feared losing the impending confrontation —instead Hillary went, “All in”:
She intercepted Juanita before she reached Bill, seizing Juanita’s hand, “We want to thank you for everything you’ve done for Bill...!” and she held on to Juanita’s hand more tightly:
“I mean EVERYTHING you’ve done for Bill...!” and her eyes bored meaningfully into Juanita’s skull.
Now you SEE the insect we’re dealing with, here...?
Hillary the feminist deliberately intimidated a RAPE VICTIM.
I have no doubt they know who and how many survivors there are. I find it strange, non-disclosure laws and agreements notwithstanding, that we have not heard a word from any of them. Even more so that Congress can’t speak to them even behind closed doors.
How many are still alive? We may never know....
“Whoever would have thought it would come to this?”
I would say that MOST of us knew it would come to this from minute one.
How many DIFFERENT stories did we hear on Benghazi in just the first few hours? And how many DIFFERENT stories since then? And how many DIFFERENT stories remain to be told?
Ty Woods’ father said he received a communication from one of the survivors and he was shut down almost instantly. Where is HE? Why haven’t we heard a word from him since? WHO told him to shut up?
How many are alive? Good question. This gag order placed on the survivors is unprecedented. How is it being enforced? Each of these men and women have relatives and friends to whom I am sure they have spoken about their ordeal.
What measures are being taken to keep these dozens of people silent? Not only silent, but secluded. They are the Hostages of Benghazi.
Maybe Ben Affleck can make a movie about them. / sarc
