Proof that these fine men who have been elected to the Senate are really interested in improving our economy and creating jobs.

Just think how many millions will be made by those who make their money counterfeiting the ID cards.

I don’t see how this can be constitutional, as it would interfere with a person’s right to gain access to work and therefore, food, housing and the right to happiness as defined in the Declaration of Independence:

The text of the second section of the Declaration of Independence reads,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness

Yeah, good luck with that. Secure cards are cryptographically matched to corresponding secure database entries. The info on the card must match the info in the database via a unique, two-part key. No match = card certificate revocation and ‘bad card’ status.
