I hope that's not the same format and grammar/spelling used in an actual press release! It's hard enough to get the media to pay attention, but send something in all caps, and unedited, and I guarantee not even ethical journalists who would give you at least a cursory viewing of the release will file it as SPAM or garbage. As distasteful as it may be you have to at least play their game a little.

The anger is warranted, if true. But, when you are dealing with this level of the “system” you really need to pay as much attention to how you present information, be clear immediately with all of the 5 w’s and the h, and for gosh sakes don't spell words like “the” wrong! Don't oversell or sensationalize it, charges such as high treason, or wrongdoing at SCOTUS are sensational on their own. Additionally, if one is personally affected or affronted by the contents of said press release or statement it may be better to give someone else you trust the pen so they can more easily put the information in the hands of those who can do something with it.

I have no trouble believing most of the charges here... What frustrates me the most is people who freak out, and don't take the time to do things right... For instance, a Friday is NOT the day to send out a release like this. It may seem like waiting too long, but Monday is by far a better choice - how would you expect a true journalist to file a story when they can't fact-check any part of it, or get ahold of any of their sources on a Friday?

It's silly mistakes like this that have plagued us since early 2008, and has allowed the enemies to treat us like fools.

This whole thing is getting beyond pathetic at this point - it actually has been for some time now. When you start losing the confidence of even those who believe you, you've got a huge public image problem, not to mention how hard it will be for those in the system to help you navigate through the corruption and dirty tricks.

Everything I've stated above I learned the hard way, in the trenches of several campaigns as the media contact/director, spokeswoman, and in writing hundreds of press releases. So, I'm not trying to hurt our efforts, I'm only attempting to offer a bit of advice.

PS- I'm still posting via my TV/wii internet config., so please show a bit of mercy in regard to grammar mistakes in this post. I realize I am probably opening myself up to charges of hypocrisy, however I wouldn't be sending out any releases via my wii, as the ability to edit well is extremely restricted.

PPS - Who and how can we assist in any way to bring this to the attention of someone with the ability to fire these clerks? Are there any trusted conservative clerks that take pride in the reputation of the court who is in a position of taking action with these charges of impropriety? It does no good to ignore procedure set in place just because you are 99% sure they will ignore you...

Are you aware that due to a hardware failure, FR was down for a couple of days?

Yes I am, I was referring to posts I had made since FR came back on line.

No biggie, they're back now. John was probably tweaking the DB or something.

Thanks though!

Like a new boot, FR may need a little “walking in”.

The job John has done over the last few days, and a little earlier with the server software, is amazing.

Do you have the same kind of problem with NOAA bulletins?

Some things come capitalized. Some people know that.

I thought it was just me and dreary-eyed fatigue this morning that FR wasn’t refreshing properly.

There is some weird caching thing occurring. What’s weird is that it has happened to me with Drudge as well...

I think we are ruled and controlled and although we may think we have some involvement in affairs through “elections” and something called “due process”, I think none of that actually exists.”

Ditto.

Something very extraordinary will have to happen for me to ever vote again.

With all due respect it does not matter one iota to me. Western Union used all caps, the military used to use all caps(they may still???) all because it is easier to read.

I just think it is silly to berate a fellow Freeper over something that can be read and understood very easily.

HI HO SILVER, ALL CAPS AHEAD.

You mean THIS Orly Taitz:

“Previously a case Lightfoot v Bowen by the same attorney Taitz
was deleted from the docket of the Supreme Court on inauguration
day January 21, 2008, ostensibly to give an impression that there are no more
challenges to Obama’s legitimacy. Only after the enormous pressure from the
public, media, State Representatives and sworn affidavits from attorneys the case
was reentered in the public docket. Clerk in charge for STAYs Danny Bickle
repeatedly made incorrect statements claiming that all files were
deleted due to some type of computer malfunction, which
was not the case.

Later, in March of 2009 during a meeting with attorneys and book signing in Los Angeles Taitz was
able to discuss the case with Justice Scalia, who was absolutely clueless that the
case even existed, even though according to the docket he was a part of the
conference of justices who denied that case dealing with the legitimacy of the U.S.
President and he voted to deny that case. One can believe that a judge would forget
a case about some trivial dispute, but not a case dealing with the U. S. Presidency
he supposedly discussed in conference only a month and a half earlier. It is clear
that the case Lightfoot v Bowen was decided by the clerks, the names of the
justices were printed on the order when the justices had no clue the case even
existed. In a case at hand dealing with the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency this is
HIGH TREASON, for which guilty parties should be getting a life in prison or
death penalty and the nation is entitled to know who these people are.”

Yep, calling Scalia clueless and saying the law clerks deserve death is a GREAT way to get the US Supreme Court to accept your case! She also compared the US Supreme Court to Hitler, which is guaranteed to impress!

If it bothers you that much, svcw, learn to do this:

Evidence of employees of the supreme court of the united states hiding from justices of the supreme court pleadings and documents submitted by plaintiffs and attorneys, removing cases from the electronic docket, evidence of bogus conferences of justices being reported to the public, when no such conferences took places and the justices being clueless about the very existences of he case, evidence of criminal complicity of the employees of the supreme court and treason in the most serious cases dealing with national security.

It took me about 5-10s to do this copying and pasting into Word, one edit choice from the formatting menu, and copying and pasting back.

I’m glad it was left in the original format. It tends to tell you something about the person who originally put out the press release . . .

Unfortunately, the clerks do more than summaries. Taitz, counsel for the plaintiffs submits as Exhibit 3 a recent correspondence with the Supreme Court in regards to case Taitz v Astrue USCA District of Columbia Circuit no 11-5304, where Taitz caught the employees of the Supreme Court actively obstructing justice and tampering with the documents submitted to the Supreme Court. Taitz provided the court with Federal Express receipts showing packages received by the Supreme Court and signed for by the employees of the Supreme Court, but never docketed and hidden from the Justices of the Supreme Court by the employees. These employees of the court were not appointed by the President, were not confirmed by the Senate, they never took an Oath of Allegiance and nobody knows where their allegiance lies.

Very interesting clams here. Gotta wonder how they will get by with ignoring this stuff.

Does anyone know the penalties for obstruction of justice? Especially at the level of a Supreme Court case?
