Toddler TSA Incident: Girl in Wheelchair Cries During Search Friday, February 22, 2013 10:55 AM

By: Michael Mullins

VIDEO

A wheelchair-bound 3-year-old girl on her way to Disney World became distraught when she was patted down by a Transportation Security Administration agent apparently looking for explosives.

The Feb. 9 incident at the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport was partially captured on a cell phone video. It shows the toddler, Lucy Forck, of Osage Beach, Mo., crying, "I don’t want to go to Disney World," as a female TSA agent hovers behind her, instructing the girl's mother to put away her cell phone.

Lucy's father Nathan Forck said that as soon as his daughter passed through the TSA scanner, an agent pulled her aside to check her wheelchair and pat her down to see if the child had explosives on her.

When the counter- putsch starts, they will all run away, just like the army in Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Iraq. False power melts away from truth, right and Freedom.

If there’s any agency in need of a 100% sequestration it’s the TSA. Put the fatasses back to work where they came from - collecting used food trays at Denny’s. Although Denny’s is probably glad to have gotten rid of them.

“The one thing TSA has been successful at is violating the rights and personal privacy of the American people. Instead of worrying about ‘political correctness,’ TSA should be putting our resources into intelligence and technologies that could be more effective when it comes to catching highly elusive and dangerous terrorists.”

Ah, but you don’t understand; the most abusive of agencies are the most ‘important’ and therefore [will be] the last to be defunded. [Like the ATF.]

“Schulte says it all started when TSA agents asked to pat down Lucy and screen her wheelchair. Schulte asked to tape it, she said, but an agent didn’t like that.

“In the clip, an agent tells Schulte “it’s illegal to do that.” She then tells the agent that they cannot touch her daughter unless she can record it.

“The problem is I don’t allow anyone to touch my little daughter without being able to record it,” she said.

Her husband, Nathan Forck, said Lucy was treated unfairly.

“It bothers me that my daughter was singled out, specifically because she is in a wheelchair,” Forck said.

The family says the final straw came when agents refused to return Lucy’s stuffed animal Lamby, even though it had already been scanned.”

I worked with a guy with flaming red hair and a heavy Scottish accent. He said it never failed -- whenever he flew, TSA would make a big deal out of searching him and treating him as a clear terrorist suspect. His theory was that TSA just felt compelled to focus on him because he was so very non-Arab that he made a perfect example for "We don't profile Arabs".

And, of course, TSA really should just profile for young Arab males. But they won't. Scottish guys and 3-yr old girls in wheelchairs make much more sensible targets.

It's not about safety. It's about control. We are all being conditioned.

Was the TSA recorded at any point in this video? I did not see a single TSA face involved (albeit I skipped through).

Bingo! Bingo! And...Bingo, again!

I have felt the same way for a very long time. Last year, I was livid watching a nearly 80 year old grandmother type being padded down across her arms, breasts, stomach, down her legs, etc. - out in the open for all to see. Made my blood boil! We all scurry through the security check points, made to feel like we're criminals, guilty until proven innocent, once our bags are checked and our bodies scanned.

Conditioning? You said it!

Send them where they all belong, to Camp to concentrate: Dachau, Buchenwald, Auschwitz, Riga........

The proper response should have been to tell them to get out of line; that they weren't getting on a plane.

It’s not about terrorists bringing a plane down. It never was. 9/11 was an excuse to $h!t on the fourth amendment and train us to be sheep.

Yeah those people don't need their civil rights anyhow.

Check out Sharp v. Baltimore and the DOJ letter accompanying it (Mar 2012) that reiterates the citizens have the RIGHT under the 1st, 4th, and 14th Amendments to record police (this would apply to the TSA as well)......and that the DOJ will prosecute officers infringing on those rights to include for theft and false imprisonment if they confiscate the device/detain the recording individual, AND that erasure of info on recording devices is obstruction of justice. The DOJ specifically requested the court not proceed and the charges against Sharp be dropped; DOJ released the memorandum to put LEO on notice that WE The People Do Have the Right to record their activities.......this is even from the scoundrels in Holder's DOJ.

If you further fail to see what our RIGHTS are, see Smith v. Cumming 11th Circuit 2000, and Fordyce v. Seattle 9th Circuit 1995 where such recordings were held to be "a matter of public interest."

I KNOW EXACTLY what needs to be done to every TSA agent. Unfortunately there is a severe penalty associated with that idea.

Americans have to put up with this Nazi crap because we don’t want to hurt the Islamoterrorists feeling by searching on them. This is a Fluken disgrace! The same piggies pimping this Nazi crap are the same morons whose heads explode if you ask an illegal alien to “show me your papars”. Hypocrites!

Yeah, there's very little chance that they'll suddenly explode.

Better to let the obvious middle eastern types go through, so if they do detonate it won't be in your area.
