U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) says that limiting magazine capacity to 10 rounds is "generous"--his "generosity" falls far short, when one is attacked by two dozen feral, brutal thugs Credit: Photos © Oleg Volk. All rights reserved. Used with permission.
A local 15-year-old, Demetrius Murphy, was shot and killed last Friday while allegedly breaking into a home. Another case of a young man--our very future--tragically taken from us as a consequence of one bad decision on his part? Perhaps not, according to Fox 2 St. Louis:
In fact, FOX2 has learned, he was once charged in the case that made the phrase knockout game common in St. Louis.Demetrius Murphy, 15, died Friday morning after he and another teen, Michael Bryant, allegedly tried to break into a mans home on Tennessee. Police say the homeowner emerged with a gun. Bryant ran, but they say Murphy confronted him and was shot and killed.
We have talked about the "knockout game" before, after a mob of feral teenagers, allegedly including young Demetrius, put a man, Matt Quain, in intensive care--just for "fun." For those unfamiliar with this form of "recreation," here is Wikipedia's entry about it, and this is how St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner described it then:

Nor will his sorry ass be missed.
Not doubt he was part Greek, part Irish...or as Obama would say, Grecian-Irish.
"Our very future"??? - Durbin is a moron. What would he do if this punk were invading HIS home?

Good riddance to bad trash!
The very fact that Senator Dick is comfortable using the term “generous”, is quite telling.
Dick, you are NOT “GIVING” me ANYTHING!
You are attempting to RESTRICT a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!
“He was a good boy, he was thinking about going to school and becoming a rapper”
Oh, he left behind 3 children.
LOL...I made that same observation here a week ago when this story first went up.
I guess the Amish can't have all the fun.
I love it . . . this "rapping" as an art is just plain stupid. All ya' gotta' do is talk fast and incomprehensibly, slouch over like a baboon, and spread your fingers into various signs.
How in the hell did "rapping" become a vocational star to seek? Just mindless!
Golly, a plumber, machinist, teacher, etc., wouldn't do, huh . . . gotta' be a rapper!

Apparently black kids in da ‘hood can only be rappers or basketball players. Seems kind of limiting, but there it is.
More gun owners need to start playing the Make My Day, Punk! “game”.
A rapper was shot on the Vegas strip the other night. News reported he was also a pimp, but, oh he was a struggling rapper.
Here is what his father had to say...
Kenny Clutch’s YouTube music video, “Stay Schemin,” shows scenes of hotels along the Strip as he sings about paying $120,000 for his Maserati.
Cherry Sr. said he didn’t know how his son made money or if he had any other jobs.
“I want to make it clear that my son was no gangster or nothing like that,” he told The Associated Press. “He moved to Vegas about six year ago and he was writing music and rap.”
My how times have changed. When I was 15 I better dam well be in my bed at 1:30 am or all hell would’ve broke loose.
“Botched Break In”. Liberal way of saying the thug was unfairly unsuccessful at getting away with it. One less criminal on the streets.
Wait a minute! Are you telling me there’s an Amish settlement in St. Louis????? Come on!
“...he was a struggling rapper...”
I can relate. I remember one Christmas season I got that part-time job at Macy’s’ Customer Service counter...Man, were those lines long back then...
Wait...what?
