Mr. President, Time To Go "Line-by-Line" Through The Budget, Instead of Raising Taxes... Again
As the President has been known to say from time to time, let's go "line-by-line" through federal spending and find ways to save money, instead of raising taxes.
Uh, what budget?
Obama’s a playa...he “don’t” do work like dat.
What's this "again" crap? It HAS NEVER HAPPENED.
The closest I can recall, a year or more ago, was something called "The White House federal programs report card" which, although labarynthine and almost impossible to use in a useful way, graded every federal program, some decades old AND TOTALLY USELESS!.
Each program and subprogram was graded from 0 to 100% effectiveness. It was implied that any program less than 60% effective was a waste and should have been terminated long ago.
Many such programs were 20 to 30% effective and presumably not terminated becuse "it is the right thing to do?"
WTF?
How about a little help here. Anyone remember the name of the link? Maybe we can give the First Moron some much needed help. "
There is no budget.
