Because civilians were killed in that event as well, the state of Texas should definitely claim the right to try Hasan under state law.
Since the military doesn’t execute even heinous criminals, the state of Texas should pick up the slack to insure that Hasan keeps his appointment with Satan.
Right on! If anyone deserves his appointment with Satan it’s Hasan and like you say, Texas could pick of the slack for Obama’s sympathies to this jihadist killer.
