The House committee responsible for oversight must have whoever issued the order testify under oath who gave him the order.

Yes but I'm afraid this group has no spine whatsoever to do such a thing. Nothing will come of this, following in the footsteps of Fast and Furious, Benghazi, Illegal Executive Orders, (the drunk) Hagel and (crook) Lew,etc.

Also if one of these detainees commits a felony after their release whoever gave the order should be held civilly and criminally liable.

I really wish the sane ones in the nation would boycott these
news outlets and the advertisers that support this tripe!
Honest journalism is dead!
I usually give a news story 3 days to see what is going to be retracted!
Self pride is also now missing from so called reporters!
The credential around their neck is no more than a license to lie!
