Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison exploded during a live interview with Sean Hannity on Tuesday, calling the Fox News host the "worst excuse for a journalist I've ever seen" and a "shill for the Republican Party."
The Minnesota congressman was on the program to discuss President Barack Obama's remarks on the sequester when he launched into a tirade aimed at Hannity, who had said "The president is more concerned with fearmongering than finding a solution to the problem he created."

When I see people like this Ellison on TV, I cannot understand how our country reached such a low point. If thugs like this can get elected to congress, we are finished as a nation.
There was another thread about this in which many of the posters spent their time bashing Hannity. Hannity is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he’s not the racist anti-American muslim who holds a seat in congress.
Ellison gave up being “American” a long time ago. He is solidly an Islamic militant, and as such, is at one with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Mohamed Morsi, neither of which is notable for their allegiance to the United States.
It is not only the Senate where the art of filibustering is practiced. The Congressman was performing quite well, if the purpose was to shut down dialogue.
I was rather surprised he had not resorted to reading from a cookbook. This very technique was employed in the Senate some number of years ago, as I recall.
