Bob Woodward comes from a good suburban Chicago family. I knew his late father, Al Woodward (R.), Chief Judge of the 18th Circuit Court based in Wheaton, the Du Page county seat. A fine man and a fair judge.

As he ages, I look for Bob to begin to shake the long-time, seductive DC stardust off his shoulders and out of his eyes.....and return more and more to his solid middle-west roots. At least, I pray he does. This current flap may well be a sign.

We should stand behind him on this issue of Obama's administration's Chicago Way of thuggery, threats, revenge and character assassination.

I agree, for what its worth. Every liberal eventually has their moment of realization, some admit it, most don’t. I don’t see how a conservative can be critical of him, he is going public with what we have always known about Obama. He has the credibility as well as an audience.
