DENVER (CBS4) – A popular hunting shotgun could be banned under one of the bills moving through the state Capitol.
A pump or semi-automatic shotgun is the gun most hunters in Colorado use. It’s a gun state Sen. Greg Brophy, R-Wray, says could be banned under a bill that’s already passed the House and Gov. John Hickenlooper says he’ll sign.

The politician’s who voted for this gun ban could care less if any out of state hunters show up with big money. They would rather pay more welfare to impoverished rural towns. Besides they will be replaced by pot heads vacationing in the summer.
Prisoner legislators would just get public sympathy and it would confirm, for many at least, the media's portrayal of gun rights people as armed fanatics.
That would/should include the communist governors like Andrew Cuomo.
Except the public in NY supports him. Even though his approval rating has dropped, it's still 55-60%. So you'd be attacking governors that have public support.
This is the problem with a soft tyranny. It is especially hard to reverse because they have the legitimacy of the voting public. It's why Castro is so fond of Chavez. Leftists have learned that, rather than just use brute force, it is better to take over the education, media and entertainment establishments of a country and rise to power through brainwashing, propaganda, dependency, identity politics, ect.
And you really should be careful what you post. Some of your comments could draw the wrong kind of attention.

The problem is that we have federal, state, and county legislators who have police protection, and like minded judges who are of the same mindset, so there will not be anyone who is willing to enforce some level of justice for those who have violated their oath of office.
The time has come, for law enforcement and the courts to decide who’s side they are on. There is the side of the communist state, or the side of liberty and the citizens.
We have judges who issue orders not based on the constitution, but their adherence to communism.

DUmb Dems. They don't even know what a 'plug' is for shotguns either.
And therein lie part of the problem. We can no longer even say what needs to be said with drawing "the wrong kind of attention". I am not advocating anything other than making those who have been elected to office, follow the oath that they swore to. How does enacting gun restrictions square with "shall not be infringed", a clear violation of that oath. Those who engage in serial theft of the public treasury, to purchase votes, etc. The communists have always said they were for peace until they had the guns, then they would use the muzzle end of said weapons to enforce their will on the unwilling population. At some point we have got to stop playing nice with these people. We can offer them to choice of following the oath of their office....or forcible removal. Including those judges who share the communist mindset who substitute their adherence to communism instead of the constitution. The legislatures can clean up themselves and dispatch those members who are communists and antithetical to liberty, or an armed public can do it for them.
