As if we didn't know, Federal Courts have become more and more the enablers and legitimizers of the rat agenda. They are the second, (after the Senate) and final rubber stamp for whatever Obama’s social justice warriors demand.
That a nominee can have a history of hostility to the second, ninth, tenth Amendments, enumerated powers . . . and have any chance whatsoever, reflects the severity of the sickness that afflicts our once republic
