The Government killing Americans on US soil outside the judical system and sentence of death, is war. The killers and their handlers become soldiers in that war. Wouldn’t the Marxists just love that.
Sure. If you can find out who they are and then if you can actually find them. I don't know where drone operations are controlled, but I'm sure they're on multiple military bases surrounded by pretty tight security. I'd say that is still symmetric thinking. We won't win by attacking to their strengths.
The government is an entity consisting of millions of people doing millions of jobs. When it goes rogue, every single government employee becomes an enemy (as if they weren't already).
