Fox News chief's choice words for Obama, Biden and Gingrich

Posted by CNN Political Unit

(CNN) – Roger Ailes has never been known to keep his opinions to himself.

So perhaps it's no surprise the powerful boss of Fox News Channel revealed candid opinions of top political figures – including President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich – during conversations and meetings that were recorded by his biographer Zev Chafets.

In excerpts of Chafets' upcoming book "Roger Ailes: Off Camera" that were published in this month's Vanity Fair, the Fox News president is shown fiercely criticizing Obama, who he calls "lazy."

The remark came amid an analysis of CNN contributor and Democratic strategist Hilary Rosen's claims that Ann Romney had "never worked a day in her life" (Rosen later apologized.)

"Obama's the one who never worked a day in his life," Ailes said in an exchange with his spokesman, according to the excerpt in Vanity Fair. "He never earned a penny that wasn't public money. How many fund-raisers does he attend every week? How often does he play basketball and golf? I wish I had that kind of time. He's lazy, but the media won't report that."

When Ailes noticed Chafets' surprised reaction, the television executive added: "I didn't come up with that. Obama said that, to Barbara Walters."

He was referring to an interview when the ABC anchor asked Obama for "the trait you most deplore in yourself."

>>Obama’s the one who never worked a day in his life<<

Thou shalt not speak Truth about Dear Leader. Fox is sent to the Hinterlands.

Oh, wait...

Why are there no pictures of Zac Ailes anywhere? And, on another note, whatever happened to investigation of Teri Evans of the LAPD?

Would that we all could enjoy such privacy.

“”He never earned a penny that wasn’t public money”, “He’s lazy”.
And those are by far the nicest things one can say about this maggot.

Obama IS lazy. He thinks he only has to utter his wish and throngs of sycophants implement it. Much to our detriment, his Holder’s People Secretarys, Chiefs and functionaries Obey. Even the rabid liberal ideologues.

The problem is that this man has never worked a hard day in his life. Never broke a sweat unless it was dragging out his prayer rug, or sweating the sh!t from his Wookie wife.

He works, if you can call it that, a shortened day. Has likely never risen at the White Hut before the sun rises, nor has he ever attempted to solve the ills of this country, preferring instead on how to lie to us and blame the Republicans.

A despicable piece of trash.

He never earned a penny that wasn’t public money.

Actually, one of his first jobs after college was working for some hedge fund. He later called it working "behind enemy lines".

But come to think of it, maybe he left because he couldn't make a penny there either!

Obama is not Hitler, and we should all thank God that it is so. Can you imagine the trouble we would be in if President Obama had Hitler's drive, ambition, focus, and geopolitical sense?

I wish he would spend more time on the golf course. It would be better for everyone concerned.

You are wrong. He is Hitler; he just hasn’t had time to consolidate the carnage he wants to wreak. If you don’t believe that his fondest Muslim wish is to devolve this country to chaos and form a new order, then I don’t know what to tell you. I hope you fare well in the coming times under this tyrant.

My problem with Roger Allies and Fx News is the following. Regardless that patriots are becoming more aware of Congress's constitutionally limited power every day, Fx News continues to keep key constitutional statutes, Section 8 of Article I, Article V and the 10th Amendment out of federal public policy discussions.

And since knowledge is power, if more voters, including Obama supporters, were to be made aware of the statutes referenced above then voters could put a major dent into federal government corruption in the 2014 elections. But Fx News' stubborn silence about Congress's limited powers is why I surmise that Roger Allies and Fx News are actually working for Obama.

Yes, I'm saying that Bull OReilly's attack on Alan Colmes the other night was possibly nothing more than an example of deceptive Obama camp propaganda.

If Roger, the Artful Dodger, is so brilliant one would think he could come up with a more descriptive word for Obama than "lazy"....."marxist" comes to mind.

Obama is nothing more than Jim Jones (of Jonestown fame) in black face.

He has half our population drinking the mental kool-aid and is working at warp speed to disarm the other half.

If his assault on the Constitution is not stopped immediately we will be left with no ability to ever return to the path laid forth by the Founders.

You’re full of it.

Have you ever read the Constitution's Section 8 of Article I, Article V and the 10th Amendment?

Like many other patriots, I used to be in Fx News' comfort zone until I started studying the Constitution and its history.

Damn, you are just so full of yourself.

Do you really think you are the only FReeper to have read the Constitution?

You say you have, recently, but why did it take so long for you to do so?

Do you really believe that is the function of ANY broadcaster to conduct video courses on ANY subject?

News networks are not substitutes for an education, nor do they purport to be.

Grow up.

"Obama's the one who never worked a day in his life," Ailes said in an exchange with his spokesman, according to the excerpt in Vanity Fair. "He never earned a penny that wasn't public money."

That's just not true, Roger. He scooped ice cream for several weeks one summer.

Do you really think you are the only FReeper to have read the Constitution?

Of course other FReepers know the Constitution and its history. But when any Freeper makes statements which lead me to question if they possibly don't understand that the Founding States made the Constitution to deliberately limit (cripple) the federal government's powers, then I generally don't give them the benefit of the doubt and speak up.

You say you have, recently, but why did it take so long for you to do so?

I've been independently studying the Constitution and its history for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, everything that I was taught before that in public schools was evidently based more on rumors and gossip than on the Founders' ideas.

Do you really believe that is the function of ANY broadcaster to conduct video courses on ANY subject?

All broadcasters must compete against each other in an ongoing contest to be able to brag the highest viewer ratings in order to keep winning top advertising dollars. So broadcasters must arguably turn every issue, even unconstitutionally big federal government, into an unresolvable soap opera in order to keep viewers glued to their TV screens between highly profitable commercials.

That said, if Obama guard dog Fx News was to actually start enlightening Constitution-ignorant voters about Congress's constitutionally limited powers, then voters, even Obama supporters, could possibly wipe corruption out of DC in 2014. And if that happened then broadcasters would have the challenge of deciding which issue potentially best divides public opinion in order to keep viewers glued to their TV screens between commercials.

News networks are not substitutes for an education, nor do they purport to be.

Even if you find public and private schools that still teach the "Constitution," they are probably not teaching the Constitution as the Founding States had intended for it to be understood as I can testify.

Unfortunately, broadcasters seem to have more credibilility than Bible-based Christian churches these days concerning resolving social issues. And broadcasters seem quite willing to exploit this situation in the name of maximizing advertising revenues.

Fx News commentators, for example, are exploiting differences of opinion concerning the federal budget, seemingly trying to appeal to Constitution-ignorant conservatives by spinning the unconstitutionally big federal budget merely as a matter of prudence as opposed to getting voters up to speed on Congress's constitutionally limited power to tax and spend.
