A man from Long Island, New York, is facing up to 30 days in jail and a $500 fine after a neighbor complained to police he was laughing too loudly.

Bad enough it was a Nassau County suburb on Lawn Guyland to present the idea to the media.
This is no laughing matter.
He has no legal say over affairs on Long Island. People make it seem like him and Cuomo are co-governors.

It’s a shame he didn’t eat beans and “F**ted in a general direction” when he was arrested. The neighbor needs to buy a sense of humor. Was this man laughing at an obama voter?
Comment: Stuff that are happening lately are just too ridiculous and stupid. It’s as if something is starting to build up and soon will explode. Something is just asking for it.
The Rockville Centre Police Department said they issued the summonses after receiving complaints about an ongoing pattern of noisemaking.
“On two occasions, police actually observed this individual creating a disturbance directed at neighbours and in violation of local law,” police said in a statement.
1]Did they observe the taunting the guy said he regularly receives from the neighbor?
2]Do they have nothing better to do than to stake out this guy to see if he laughs?

Funny. Rockville Centre is where I got knocked off the steel and fell 3 floors hurting my back, thus ending 15 years iron-working.
Since the decriminalization of real crime, the police have to make arrests to get the numbers up. Big soda cups and kids eating pop tarts will do to get the arrest numbers up.
Meanwhile, physical attacks on innocent citizens continue.
