The anti-Rand Pauls, Sen. John McCain of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, took to the Senate floor this morning to defend killing American citizens at presidential discretion. Graham is doing so live on C-SPAN2 right now, saying that everything you do is a danger to America no matter who or where you are, as long as the U.S. government has decided you have "joined al-Queda," whatever the hell that means....The Republican Party is at war, folks, and let's hope Rand Paul and his troops win.

I feel for ya, I just could not bring myself to vote for him, even with Sarah on the ticket, so I had a few beers instead. I did hold my nose and vote for Romney, which tells you just how much I do not trust McCain.
Cornyn is vastly better then McCain, no comparison. Cornyn sometimes goes wobbly but he is a conservative.

I have been calling and asking how Senator Burr stands on this- and all I get is the run around.
He was at dinner with Obama as well and has made no statement about the filabuster.

I expected that. They feverently guard and protect their god. And sooner of later Graham and Matthews are going to have a cat fight over who services obama best and most.
