86-year-old woman with dementia faces felony voting fraud charge for voting twice

An 86-year-old Minnesota woman who suffers from dementia is facing a felony voting fraud charge after she says she accidentally voted twice.

Margaret Schneider tells MyFoxTwinCities.com she forgot she had already sent in her absentee ballot when she went to her polling place in November.

"It's very hard to remember everything," Schneider said.

Schneider says the matter is particularly upsetting to her because she considers herself a proud American and has voted in every election.

Melowese Richardson is not a German name, nor a German woman. She’s black. And you cannot separate the voter from the poll worker without cutting her in half, as she is both.

The Democrats feast on the votes of felons and nursing home residents with dementia. Another gold mine is paying ghetto voters to vote absentee and then in person with “walking around money”. Voter fraud is how they win.

No! What is rally sad is, her vote canceled out not only my vote but yours too.
But that is OK because she is old and senile?

Bull Feathers!

IMO, the investigation should not focus on the voter in this case, but on the poll worker(s) who handed out a ballot when a vote was already recorded next to the voter's name.

I agree. We'll always have dishonest people but there are whole networks that facilitate voter fraud.

Poll workers and outside groups that register voters are the two main sources of voter fraud. A couple years back we had several legal immigrants caught illegally voting and they claimed that the SEIU registered them to vote and threatened that they could be deported if they failed to vote.

Anyone who votes illegally for any reason should face jail time. This is serious. Who cares if they are old, stupid or stressed-out?

Not just “her” but everyone who breaks the voting laws...at least 24 hours, depending if their minds are addled.

This all brings up another question. If your mental state is such that you can’t remember that you have already voted, should you be voting in the first place? These retirement homes all know very well which residents have dementia, or other mental in-capacities. Why should people who don’t know what year it is be voting?

There is some weird angle going on with this story.

COVER! They are doing this for COVER!

The MSM KNOWS that Dems are cooking the voting and they KNOW they plan on continuing to implement wide-spread voter fraud and they need COVER!

So, when the Repubs/Conservatives yell, "See there IS voter fraud!" The MSM will say, "But remember, this poor old lady had dementia and can't really be used as any kind of proof of systemic voter fraud." Or, "Sure someone was charged/convicted of voter fraud. And those mean old GOP went after a dementia patient with vengeance to prove a point!" They will do EVERYTHING they can to shutdown any kind of looks or questions into voter fraud!

Watch and see if that isn't EXACTLY the way it plays out!

Please note that the MSM is really pushing this story and slowly, but surely letting the admitted vote fraudster slip and slide off the front pages into oblivion!

In two years, the main voter fraud story people will remember will be this "dementia" one which should be dismissed as just a senile mistake.

When you mention the admitted fraud, people will assume that you are making it up because, "I didn't hear about that. The only one I know of is that poor old lady with dementia."

COVER!

This opens a new constituency and fraud opportunity for the libs: The Dementia Voter

Of course, libs believe the history of the world starts anew each day, so essentially every vote for a Socialist, Marxist, ‘RAT, “Independent,” etc. *is* a dementia vote.

Hmmm...

“”If I have probable cause to believe the crime occurred, I do not have discretion to charge,” Michelle Zehnder Fischer said. “I have to charge it.”

Fischer says she has no interest in putting Schneider in jail, and she hopes the case is resolved quickly.”

She has to charge her or face criminal charges herself. State law, no way around it.

I think you’ve got it right. This is the MSMs profile of the ‘average’ double-voter; just a poor old confused woman.

“She must have voted for Romney...”

Beat me to it.

First thing I thought when I saw the headline.

She’s probably a registered Republican...
