Since Rubio has sworn to protect and defend the Constitution, why doesn't he mention the following about Obamacare?

Regardless that activist jusices gave the green light to Obamacare in 2012, previous generations of justices had officially clarified that the states have never delegated to Congress, via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate health issues. So all that the Supreme Court did in deciding Obamacare in Obama's favor, healthcare actually a unique, 10th Amendment protected state power, was to show that the judicial branch of the federal government is as corrupt as the other two branches.

And Rubio's ignorance of the Founding States' division of federal and state governent powers is contributing to the problem.

Wrong. Rubio is my Senator. I'm one of his many constituents. When he takes positions that I believe are wrong, I let him know. When he takes positions I agree with, I also let him know.

No, there won't be any more filibustering simply because it doesn't achieve the ends. Despite Paul's bravery, Brennan was still confirmed. The end goal isn't achieved. It was great as a tactic because it called attention to something. But overuse of a pointless filibuster won't achieve anything. Rubio says he won't vote for something that doesn't defund ObamaCare - but that alone means nothing. Regardless of his personal vte, Obamacare won't be defunded and his filibuster won't stop Obamacare from being defunded. His statement is about posturing himself. And that's fine - but only as far as it goes. It's posturing, and nothing more. Boehner has already caved by saying the House will not seek to defund Obamacre in a CR. So Rubio is taking the safest position there is: committing to a position that has no chance of going anywhere. Hardly a profile in courage.
