Nowadays, law making is done by agency heads under the direction of Obama. It has become the duty of the Senate to rubber stamp the President's nominees, so they can get on with law making.
We increasingly witness, like Eric Holder and ex-EPA commissar Lisa Jackson, a tendency to gaff off Congressional inquiries or just lie to Congress without fear.
This trend will continue, and its logical end is the effective, practical consolidation of all power in the Prez. The hell of it is, at least a large plurality of Americans either don't see or don't care that their once republic is fast slipping into tyranny.

LMAO. Yeah they will investigate the EPA right after we get the truth about F&F and Benghazi.
No shite!
The House could do something like refuse to fund, but not as long as boehner and the GOPe is chummin with nobama.
