He’d still win re-election if he ran again.

Heck, look at what happened to Alcee Hastings. Elected congressmonkey after being stripped of his federal judgeship for corruption.

“He’d still win re-election if he ran again.”

That’s my reaction as well. Now he’s got even more street cred. And we know to a black that bothers to vote, nothing about a candidate trumps being black.

:: He’d still win re-election if he ran again. ::

Because his constituency (crony politicians) will get paid and the voters will get enough crumbs from the cronies to keep them on the Rust Plantation.

Michigan passed a Kwame amendment .... bars elected officials convicted of felonies involving the violation of public trust from election or appointment to a state or municipal office for 20 years

“corruption”?
That’s a nice way of saying he took bribes from drug dealers to help them get aquitted.
Guy should have gone to prison for good.

That photo IMHO is why in the fall of 08' they needed to get Kawame off the stage, they couldn't have it, it was to damaging to have Obama juxtaposed to Kawame.....

Matty Maroun. He’s one of the top 300 richest men in America. He’s the sole owner of the Ambassador bridge and virtually every collapsing industrial site in Detroit.

That is well and good, but when it comes to a Democrat, what difference does a law mean? Just like the occupier of the White House that over 50% of the voting population worships, when said law conflicts with their wants and desires, they just ignore said law. And no one stops them.

Some similarities....both lived a large (in your face) life style funded by tax payers when the average family struggling to pay bills

Was on TV/media almost every day. Loved the spotlight

Awarded government contracts, jobs to friends and sponsors

Speeches with blatant dishonesty

Fieger says he'll(Kwame)get less than 10 years...

If that's the case, that's bullsh t....considering Traficant got 7.

Wonder if they can get another jury on daddy Kilpatrick's(no verdict)charges?

In the northern 'burbs we want reparations for the 30%+ increase in water bills payed to feed that cesspool of corruption....(good luck with that).

Wonder what Mark Scott would have thought about the state of things today...so many of the subjects he talked about years ago(and was accused of being a nutty conspiracy theorist)have become reality since his passing.

Yes they have, Mark to tell everyone to continue to train, funny thing is, nobody has an ammo to do it now. He was so ahead of his time. One ride home he scared the bejezzus out of me about this guy in the middle east and how dangerous he was. This was 98-2000 timeframe, you guessed it, Osama, he was banging that drum way before anyone saw it...

I see one of Mark's subject matters that he was a pitbull about the Nevers and Budson Trial, one of the gents passed last week....

My question is Snyder's timing of EFM, and his appointment, and this trial. This trial takes up O2 and peoples minds of the EFM. I wonder what his next move is and how it is timed if and when Kawame is sentenced....
