The G-men had a hard time getting Dillinger during the 30s. A lot of folks were rooting for anyone resisting the governmement back then. If the Feds went full bore against the people, there would be a lot of people providing intel, hideouts, guns and ammo to the Rebs.
Sure, there will be commie states like CA, IL, NY, CO, MD etc. But resistors and their networks and infrastructure will aggregate in free and remote states. From there, Rebs could launch attacks on Leftist centers in blue states.
I personally think any deployment of the military on our soil will be a feint, at best. Obama cares about one thing: bringing down the country. He will be happy if it is bankrupt, in chaos, and powerless, happy if it splinters into several or many nations, happy of the Chinese and Mexicans invade the West Coast and occupy it, happy if a WMD strike takes us down, happy if everyone starves, or a combination of the above.
His sole purpose is to shift the center of power back to the Old World by bringing down the U.S., that is all. He is a foreign agent doing someone else’s bidding.
Know what? Used to be most men tried to live their lives quietly, raise their children as best they can, hope for better for them than themselves, love and laugh and get by.
Along comes some evil bastard to start a war or something and destroy the peace. Reluctantly peaceful men had to rise up and destroy the evil bastard and then go back to their peaceful lives. They have won every time.

They do not plan on a military takeover at first. It will be a socialized takeover because the young are sheep. It will happen after the economic crash which will devastate everyone. The Jews and Christians will be targeted. No one else.
That’s irrelevant to what I was saying, my point that younger shooters are more proficient at aquiring and engaging targets was irrespective of the defensive capabilities of the victims, i.e. generally the rampage shooters of either age group are attacking unarmed victims and the youths are racking up higher body counts because of their experience playing first person shooter games (and that is NOT to imply those games encourage it, just that they hone a skill).
They wouldn’t even need to aggress into lefty areas, just shut off the food...
I've posted my conspiracy several times before. Here it is again.
I believe that the global Left wants control of America's vast natural resources, but that they are hiding behind environmental groups to stop the current constitutional republic that is occupying this continent from exploiting those resources.
They are using environmental extremism to, one-by-one, close off America's natural resources from our own use, strangling our economy and crippling our growth. They are waiting for America to atrophy and collapse under its own weight because its industrial base has been hollowed out due to a lack of energy.
If America were ever driven to finally use our resources, we'd grow strong again - on our terms - which the global Left cannot allow. They are using pressure groups to shame American politicians into not tapping these resources for our own good. Our politicians are on a death spiral of growing public debt and shrinking public income, while sitting on a wealth of natural resources that they refuse to exploit.
Just watch. If the United States as it is currently constituted ever falls, the Left will rush in to take those natural resources for themselves, that they denied us, and convert those resources into private wealth for themselves.
I can see Emperor Obama overseeing the redistribution of America's vast oil, gas, coal, ore, and wood, resources to his buddies around the world.
Or at least try to.
